My name is Kimberly Rademacher. As an inclusion specialist, I work as part of a multi-professional team (MPT) at the Catholic secondary school in Marl.

Through my previous work as a career entry advisor at rebeq, I got to know and appreciate the school and the students. My daily work is varied. I am the contact person for the children and young people and teachers. I also provide support in lessons and am involved in determining learning levels and learning developments. As part of differentiated support, I help individual schoolchildren to develop and strengthen their skills.

Inclusion is a big task, but every single step is a step in the right direction and a benefit for our students. In cooperation with the entire teaching staff, we offer a multi-professional network of support options inside and outside the school.

My name is Lynn Jana Frisch and I work in the multi-professional team (MPT) at the Catholic secondary school in Marl. As an inclusion specialist, I want to offer children and young people the individual support they need. My tasks focus on the integration and support of children and young people with special needs. To do this, I accompany the teachers in class and determine learning levels and learning developments. My 3 years as a substitute teacher in English at the Catholic secondary school in Marl gave me a special insight into the work of the teachers and the strengths and weaknesses of many learners. This lays the foundation for good cooperation and successful learning development of the schoolchildren. In cooperation with my team members, Ms. Rademacher and Mr. Maluck, we have the opportunity to individually support all learners in each grade, with my focus on grades 7, 8 and 10.
