My name is Pauline Neumann and I work as a teacher and guidance counselor at the Catholic secondary school in Marl. As a guidance counselor, it is very important to me to be a point of contact for our students when they have various difficulties, so that small and large worries do not become even bigger.

My consulting focuses on individual case support but also on the prevention of violence, bullying and discrimination. As a counseling teacher, I see myself as a guide who, when necessary, provides the right external counseling services and also provides teachers with support.

I work with Mr. Treczak in the advisory teaching team, as well as closely with the social workers and MPTs, so that we can support our students and teachers with advice and assistance.
