School social worker

My name is Birte Liedtke. I work as a school social worker at the Catholic secondary school in Marl.

I am the contact person for students, but also for teachers and parents. If crises and conflicts arise at school, if there are difficulties in raising children or if learning difficulties arise, I am available to help. In discussions, I would like to help clarify problems and offer assistance. If necessary and desired, I can refer people to other sources of help outside of school.

In cooperation with my colleagues in school social work, Mr. Benson, and the staff of KHS Marl, we can offer our students a network of support options inside and outside of school.
